This CURT hitch extension is designed to fit a 1-1/4″ x 1-1/4″ receiver tube opening. It extends the receiver by 7″, though it is not intended for towing a trailer. The tongue weight capacity is limited to the capacity of the hitch. In addition to the strong steel construction and precise welding, our trailer hitch extenders receive a gloss black powder coat for ongoing prevention of rust, chipping and UV damage.
