The CURT roof rack cargo carrier provides 11 sq. ft. of storage space and is expandable to provide up to 17 sq. ft. of space when used with the CURT cargo carrier extension (18124). The cage-style roof rack features a 5″ deep basket that is ideal for carrying large, bulky items and prevents storage from shifting and falling from atop the vehicle when traversing inclines or rough, bumpy roads. Featuring construction made from tough tubular steel, the CURT roof rack cargo carrier is built to last and made to carry up to 200 lbs. The robust steel construction is treated with a durable E-coat that chemically treats the steel to prevent rusting and is finished with a tough carbide black powder coat that protects from outdoor elements, dings and scratches while maintaining a clean look.
